The dealership tried to show me all my options for trading in, which I was grateful for. And they were not too pushy when I said I needed time to think and decided not to buy the first day. I came back later and they were able to work a deal that worked for me and get my other car off my hands. I felt very comfortable dealing with them. The purchase went pretty fast in my opinion (less than a few hours). I would definitely recommend going to them for a great vehicle.
When I took my Honda Accord in for the scheduled oil change this past week end, I was treated as usual with the greatest of respect and courtesy. My Tech for this time was Shawn Dobson and he was very informative as to what was going to be done prior, and what had been done after the service was done. My Service Advisor, Ross Engel was at my door to take my van before I had even turned the engine off - service was done in less time than estimated and he left no questions unanswered. Add to that a comfortable waiting area and fresh cookies - good experience!
I misremembered which day(s) didn't need an appointment, and showed up Saturday morning without one. Ross Engel got me in anyway and I was in and out in 45 minutes. SO much better than that guy by the Westroads.
I liked that I didn't have to make and appointment during the week. The service was very quick, the staff was friendly and offered a coupon when I had mentioned that I had left mine at home.
Carrie moody does a great job. She has super customer service skills. Your dealership is the best in the area. Keep up the good work!

I just bought a 2006 Honda Pilot LX from Superior Honda of Omaha and I tried the On-line negotiation and trade in with John Wonder. He was very quick to respond to everything I was asking for. The process was suprisingly very easy. By the time I made it to the dealership Harry Callahan helped me and had all my information ready for me.
