Superior Honda has given me peace of mind over the 10 years I have been taking my car there for service. I had one bad experience 2-3 years ago, but they treated me fairly and right to correct their mistake. Their service people are friendly and helpful and know what they are doing. Did a very nice job.
My tire pressure light had come on three times this last week. Assuming it was something more serious, I swung into Superior after lunch without an appointment. I was greeted right away. Not only was my tire patched, two nails were removed, and the oil changed, but they synced my phone with my car's bluetooth. I felt like I was THEE most important person at the dealership. Brian Bradley was my service writer. He did an excellent job. I did have a problem with my SUV and had to bring it back the next day. The mechanic didn't get a spark plug wire attached completely and the car was not running right. Brian got it fixed and had me back on the road in 30 minutes.
I spent several hours in the morning wasting my time at another Honda dealer. The bottom line is, that when they put pen to paper, the numbers weren't even close to what we agreed to. They actually told me to go to another dealer, but that I shouldn't tell them the offer they gave me.(yeah right!) I immediately drove to Superior and Greg Brandle greeted me right away. My 2001 needed a new timing belt/water pump replacement. The mechanics at Superior Honda did an outstanding job and diagnosed several additional minor problems that needed to be corrected. They thoroughly go through your car and I like the fact that don't tell you that you need something replaced unless it really does need replacing. The cost is somewhat high but the peace of mind is worth it.
