Recently had my 2011 Ridgeline in for oil change and tire rotation. Carrie Moody provided me excellent customer service, the appointment was on schedule, she explained exactly what they were going to do and I was in and out in about 40 minutes.
I had a good and bad experience with Honda. My sales rep Courtney and the manager Ben were really nice and helpful. Even with less than bad credit, they were able to place me in the model of vehicle I really wanted, it has been a well maintained vehicle with very little flaws. My only problem was with getting the vehicle ready for me to take home. The car needed a/c maintenance and a knock in the front end that needed fixed. Dennis Heath is very good at helping me prioritize my maintenance issues, so I can schedule them at a later visit. Per visit cost is an important issue when I bring in my car for service.
Recently purchased Honda Ridgeline from Superior Honda Omaha, NE. Mark Johnson, Larry Gish and Tom the finance manager were great to deal with. This is our families 3rd vehicle purchased from this same dealership. Great experience, no pressure and always ready to deal. Find these guys if you are wanting to buy a car without the stress.
I have to praise Chuck Elford who sold me my new 2011 Honda Accord. I came in telling them exactly what I wanted and how much I could afford and they made it happen. This is my second Honda and I'm totally sold on the Honda Accord Cars. Dennis Heath provided great service during my visit on 6/20/11. This is nothing new-I always receive great service. The staff goes out of their way to get the job done quickly and right. They advise me of concerns and are always friendly. My only suggestion to improve the service experience has to do with the customer waiting area. Could you put a power strip on the open desk top areas, so I don't have to crawl on the floor to plug in my computer? Thank you.
I brought my car in June 20 for an oil change and Omar Cardenas did a great job helping me get it done.
This was my first time dealing with Superior Honda as I have been a Toyota driver for the last few years. I had a very pleasant experience and will definitely recommend my salesman Brian Scott. At no time did he ever pressure me and he was extremely knowledgeable about my Honda. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I have had when buying a car.
