I have had lots of issues with getting the carwashes included with my advantage care packages. The weather was permitting and I had scheduled the Oil change with the Carwash with the rep on the phone and confirmed with the SA that I wanted my car washed. When I picked up my car it was not washed. When I mentioned it to the SA the was an excuse that they were very busy and didn't do it. Honda reps are in a league of their own. Juan knew a couple months back I was in the market for a new car. I expressed I was weighing my options. He gave me the time and space to do my research. When I was ready, I walked in the dealership, I mentioned my name and he knew right away where we left off. He had the answer to all my questions. When I went in for an oil change they told me that it would be done by 10:30. I was pleased that it was done by about 930. They were courteous and polite.
Luis Z******* took great care of me, was professional throughout the entire process, and demonstrated knowledge of the vehicles his company offered. It was a very nice change from other dealer approaches; I felt respected and dignified. Of mention are his Teammates, Rigo and their Supervisor, Abdul who seamlessly took care of the paperwork and also made me feel taken care of. Hard working Team with good vibes there!
