Honda Service is amazing, fairly priced and comprehensive. Led by Martin Velasquez, he has assembled a team of expert service managers and mechanics, including Edwin who always gives me outstanding service. My only “complaint” is that the service is so excellent that the only new car I will ever buy is a Honda. In general they are ok. However, every time I come in they keep the car much longer than the estimated repair or maintenance time (goes longer) despite not needing additional work. This is very frustrating. Navigating their website for online appointments is impossible (and I’m a tech guy). Finally, the website says they will pick up and deliver within 15 miles but when I call they say it is 10 miñes. I happen to live 13 miles away, but they “could not” accommodate. Very frustrating.
