I give 5 stars because at the beginning I was told my wait was 1 1/2 to 2 hrs, and surely it was the 2 hrs exact. Thank you all for being a great team.
I live in OC but was coming from Vegas to PS when my tire pressure came on. I came in and was met by Jo L******. He was so friendly and helpful. He had my car put on the rack, checked the tires and pressure and reset the dash. All within about 30 min. I was so grateful having once gotten a flat on the way home from Vegas. The peace of mind when I travel home is very much appreciated. It was a small work request but meant a lot to me. Thanks, Helpful Honda Guy!

Anthony was excellent. My car was ready 3 hours before the time I was quoted. When I pickup my car, Anthony explained upcoming maintenance, provided pricing, and completed my transaction within 5 minutes and I was on my way.
Sergio in the service department at Cathedral City Honda did an excellent job. Prompt service very informative and listens to my needs and was able to process my request.

I made an appointment and was greeted by Danielle right away. Danielle provided excellent service and my car was ready within netherworld time frame she quoted. I really appreciate the video provided by the service person! The service I received was great and the team members were also friendly.
