I have been taking my car to Honda of the Desert for a few years now, and would never go anywhere else. The customer service rep, Danielle, is a delight! She’s always bright and cheery, and goes out of her way to see if the technicians can meet my timeline to get my car back from repair. I am really glad that over 15 years ago, a friend of mine introduced me to Martin Velasquez, then a service tech. Today he's the service manager. Back then he always gave me the attention I needed for my Hondas. Today he instills his work ethic on all the Honda Service Staff.
