The best place to get my car serviced. Edwin is the nicest guy I’ve ever met. He’s very pleasant, courteous and reliable. I met the service manager yesterday and I was very impressed with him as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my car serviced.
Very smooth and flawless experience. The extra time to go to the dealership for an oil change, rather than a generic "quick lube" establishment, was well worth it. The Honda technicians and staff were extremely professional.
The service I received was quick, efficient and professional. Honda used texting to update me with the status of the work that was being done on my car, including a video of the technician showing the underside of my car while explaining to me what he had done to repair it. I’ve owned the car for 6 years but had never before seen its underside. It was very impressive and helpful, and excellent use of technology.
H of the D has provided excellent service for me for the last 20 years. I always feel they are upfront about needed maintenance and services. H of the D is a big part of why I have been loyal to the Honda product line. Well done!

I had an AC in my Honda Civic, I made an appointment and Honda took me in right away. They kept me informed about everything that was going on, they even sent me a video of the work they had done. I appreciated that kept me up to date on what was going on with me car, my service manager Sergio was quick to respond to anything I needed. Customer service was great. I got my civic back when promised and my AC is running great. Thanks so much!
I took my 2020 CR-V in for an oil change and tire rotation. They got me in right away even without an appointment. The service tech was very friendly and professional. I had some missing clips/screws on the splash guard and they replaced them at no charge. They did a full inspection report and went over the findings but never pressured me to have the additional services done through them (tire replacement, alignment). Excellent service, but for me, showing the video did not answer the questions I originally came in with? It was a one way communication. I still needed to go back to the desk and re ask my questions.
