We Love The Service Department! My wife and I, along with our beloved dog, were traveling from Clovis, CA to Mesa, AZ a couple weeks ago. The fuel pump failed on our Honda CR-V and we were stranded off I-10 in the desert near Cathedral City. It took multiple phone calls and several hours to get AAA to send out a tow truck. Please! Do not do business with this dealership. We were almost scammed into paying over $5000 more on financing and fees than need be on a lease buyout. During a lease with this dealership, there was a $995 item they said was required to lease vehicle but it was not. Still trying to get that paid back. When asked to see the exact paperwork at buyout time for the financing which was supposedly already approved, (the truth in lending and financial disclosures), we were promised them to be emailed, but they were never produced... read more
