Was very please with service, but was charged $180.00 for a factory reset of my car play, I had taken out a warranty, but was told it wouldn’t cover this, this has happen twice to apple car play, not happy with this
Not up to par on this visit. Suggested service they already did last year (coolant) and a power steering reseal from only 18,000 miles ago. Made an appointment for very specific items to be replaced but they didn't have the parts on hand when I showed up. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment and then having to schedule a second appointment when the parts arrive? They knew I wanted specific items replaced when I made the first appointment.
