The attention and communication was excellent. Anthony was excellent in his communication and getting quite a few things checked off and repaired. I am doing only 4 stars because the estimate for repairing my AC was for some reason way over and nearly twice as much the industry standard for this type of repair. I double checked with two other licensed and well known mechanics and shops and both were shocked at the quote I was given. Took my car in right at my appt. time. Listen to what I thought was wrong. Sergio was very informative, finished exactly when said it would be. No surprises. Finished with a very complete car wash. My only “ding” would be that waiting for the car after service was complete seemed to take a long time . Despite that, will definitely take my Honda there when needed.

The service at Honda Of The Desert was amazing as always, Danielle is the best! I dropped my car off in the morning for a recall and didn’t have a ride back. Danielle told me not to worry and sent a Uber. Thanks again for the amazing customer service!
