Sergio is an excellent service agent and he was very professional and personable. We always ask for Sergio to do our service. We were greeted immediately and the process was fluid as we explained to Sergio that we were leaving on a cross-country trip. He made sure our Honda was serviced properly and ready for travel. Honda of The Desert, is our go to place for our Honda and Acura vehicles, they are always honest and take care of all our vehicle needs. For the past 18 years we have been coming here to buy and maintain of Hondas. Service Department has never let us down, always leave feeling confident that our Hondas will keep on going forever.
The service was top notch; very attentive, gave just what i wanted, and did it in expedient time. Even gave a video text to show my vehicle was ready. Was a little pricey, but gave finance options, which was a plus. A great experience, really helped us out in a bind, thank you Honda of the desert

Eduardo Carrillo was my Service Advisor and he was vey knowledgeable and professional with a great attitude and always friendly, with that said I would definitely recommend Honda of The Desert for all your maintenance needs.
