My salesman found the exact model of the HR-V that I wanted and in the only color I wanted. He was also able to get the monthly payment down to what I liked. He went through many of the settings that new cars have and got me familiar with how to go through the menu myself. I've leased several Hondas the last few years from Honda of the Desert and the process is always pleasant and easy.
Customer service is excellent, however they do not get the support to fix things/ make things right by management/owners. I have been trying to get my seats recovered 1 1/2 months after I bought the car brand new. It has been over a year ago- and still waiting for approvals. Evidently the scotch guard was defective and my seats stained. Everything is on back order etc. The poor service guys have tried to detail it to no avail. Easy to make appointments and availability of preferred times. Staff very courteous and take the time to explain any maintenance/repair work to be done. Kept to project time for completion and coast estimates.
Victor and Rigo gave me great service, they helped get the car I wanted. They really did an excellent job.
