Everyone was friendly and polite from the moment I arrived. The service personnel kept me informed about the work and the estimated time needed. My car runs like new.
I have serviced my. at at honda since I purchase my car there and from time to time I’ve taken my car in i have never received such great service like so have gotten from Sergio he always so attentive to my concerns and needs as a customer.
As nice as everyone I’ve ever dealt with at your dealership is, being more knowledgeable about the car issues, solutions and pricing is perhaps more important. Best to listen to the actual repair person, get their complete side of the issues review your estimate and then be ready to explain. Skipped steps along the way will definitely be no good for either side. I will continue t keep Honda otD in the loop. Soon I hope, pricing will fall into the correct line and more business can be done between us.

Excellent Service Every time!! Everything explained clearly. Anthony’s customer service is 5star. Mechanic sends me a detailed video of work, mechanic will also come and answer any and all questions. I will bypass other locations and drive over an hour to receive excellent service HERE!
Dealerships are Stroman‘s always been great, but I was a little bit disappointed today with them as they were taking a little longer than usual. When I scheduled appointment yesterday, the girl said it would be another 20 minutes. I love the stuff Riverview aware that no car wash was needed that day and even the gentleman that wrote up the request want to give me a car wash and I said no car washes needs it again as it is I was running late to get to the airport to pick up family and friends coming in for a funeral.
I’ve had my car serviced at Honda of the Desert since it was new. The staff are professional and friendly. They always keep me updated as to when the service will be completed and answer any questions I might have.
Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. As a new customer today, they earned my trust and I will come back.
