The service advisors (most recently Peter A****) are always very helpful and upfront about what my car needs and what the costs will be; they have never underestimated my actual costs. The estimated time to repair has always been very accurate too, so I can plan my day around the maintenance. Phoning in can be a little annoying, I seem to recall having to go through a few dial prompts to get to the service department, but my experiences at Honda of the Desert have always left me feeling like I was treated fairly and my car w... read more
Great customer service! John E is awesome!!! Brandon and Rico were great as well! Everything was prepared well and ready to go so not one minute of our time was wasted. Their professionalism and thoroughness is why I will continue to shop with them.
