Bought the new car and find out my rear door not aligned to the body. Dealership take it to the body shop to repair while I was waiting for 6-7 hours. After car came back from the body shop and still the same. Service manager came out and insp then telling oh it looks much better then before with smile. But I told him. Yes looks much better but still not fix. He said oh according to the Honda that’s normal and looks better then before. What kind of stupid answer is the from service manager. Sales team is awesome, especially Patrick Kinney. He picked us up from my doctor's office, after our 2018 Honda Fit Sensor was totalled in an accident. We test drove the Accord LX to Honda of Seattle, then purchased. Best experience purchasing a car, EVER!
