Kyle Patterson in Honda of Seattle Service department was very helpful. He got everything done that I originally needed, and used my coupons to do additional upcoming services so I didn't need to come back twice. Even though I hadn't reserved it, he got me a ride home and back so I didn't have to wait at the dealership. Thanks!

I bought a Honda CRV from Honda of Seattle this week. I shopped around a lot and visited several Honda dealers in the area. Just had my 2004 Honda Element serviced by Honda of Seattle. Kyle Patterson was my service advisor, and he was very good about keeping me informed of the status of the work being done, in addition to a giving me of my repair options. I was very pleased with the level of service provided.

Kyle at Honda of Seattle helped me with tire rotations, a front headlight bulb change, and minor body repair work for a more than reasonable price. I am a faithful customer of Honda [and Toyota] of Seattle. I have a 1991Honda Prelude, in top condition. However, I noticed the alternator light on so took it in and Kyle Patterson was my service advisor. I left the car for a diagnosis: needed a new battery and a new alternator.
