We had a great experience buying a new-to-us Fit three weeks ago. Sales guy Andy Flory was respectful and professional during our purchase and with our trade-in process. Look for all those people that gave these guys a bad review. It's easy to speculate the worst in them but please considering the fact that they work under one of the worst traffic condition I've ever seen in my life. "If you're from Seattle you know what I'm talking about." These men and women have to run across the street back and forth all day long in peak traffic. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. Not only did my service take 4 times longer than I was told, but when I drove it away, the sunroof almost fell off my car on the freeway! When I drove it back, their answer was to re-attach it with zip ties. Don't ever come here - you'll waste your money, time, energy and it will only worsen whatever problems you're experiencing. STAY AWAY.
Worst service dept! I've bought 3 cars here and that's been fine but I will NOT go back for their service dept. How can so many people standing around doing nothing take so long to check a customer in?
