I recently took my car in for servicing at Honda of Seattle and I had Kyle Patterson for my customer service rep. He was polite and thorough. As I have a 1999 Honda CR-V with nearly 225K the service schedule doesn't work any longer, so he just put me in for oil and lube check. Kyle Patterson helped me with a buyer’s car inspection for a used car I was interested in buying. He was clear about what was being inspected and what it would cost. He immediately noticed a warning light for the SRS airbags and offered to inspect that too for another $165, but I said I’d leave that pending the results of the regular inspection. We couldn’t be happier with our buying experience from Honda of Seattle. Faith Malcom-Fey did an excellent job of helping us with our purchase. The process was very straight forward and transparent. I loved the online express store—I could adjust numbers/features/options to my heart’s content. Faith was super responsive, but never over did it—just spot on, every time. When it came time to sign the paperwork, there were no surprises; except that it was surprisingly fast and easy!

Always get great service when I bring my car in. They squeezed me in on a Saturday to get my oil changed and tires rotated in time for a road trip. Brandon took care of me brillliantly yesterday, explaining everything needed and even had his tech team Double check to track down the wipers I had requested to be replaced when he was told they weren’t in stock. Great experience and will happily take my car to this dealership for service whenever it needs it.
I was seen by Kyle Patterson and had a great experience. He was knowledgeable and honest, and very helpful with answering my questions. The car service was great, would definitely recommend. Thanks for everything!
