Brian got back with us quickly. He came in on his day off. He was very knowledgeable! We loved everything about our experience. We didn’t end up buying from this dealership, though I know we would have been happy if we had. We had another appointment at a different dealership and that worked out better for us, but we were every impressed by Brian and all the folks at Honda of Seattle. We absolutely recommend them!

Matt Seguin is an excellent example of a 5 star customer service. He really value his customers time. Straight forward, clear and concise explanation of your options for Finance and Availability/Trim. I had somewhat of an emergency problem with my car... I waited to the last minute to get my emissions inspection, and FAILED. Honda let me drop off the vehicle on a walk-in basis to address the problem. Kyle Patterson listened to my problem and right away had ideas about what may be causing the problem. He was SUPER-HELPFUL and professional when we came in on March 24: answered all our questions, explained everything clearly, made my car-buying experience very easy and un-scary as possible with no pressure . . . no bad-car-salesman vibe here at all!
