Never again, I have purchased 3 cars in 10 years and yet the service department consistantly is rude and does a lousy job Service call late last week. topped off the window cleaner fluid with water which froze and we didn't realize it till we were on the freeway near Mt Baker and could not clean our windows which became a safety issue. I brought my car in for a brake job and was able to bring in my own parts. Initially I wanted to get front and rear brakes done because I thought I needed both but the tech came back and told my advisor that I only needed the rear done so I was so grateful they were honest and also they did a recall too and got my vehicle done way before promised time. The visit was for a software update but while I was there I alerted them to a problem with an indicator light. Other people had chalked it up to an errant light. Honda of Seattle's staff found the issue and repaired it. (The light was right, by the way. It worked perfectly.)
After scheduling an appointment and writing an explanation of the problem with her car online, my wife had to explain three times to two people on the phone before she could verify her issue and confirm her appointment time. After settling that confusion and being told her repair was complete, she was appalled when the shuttle driver showed up over an hour late to return her to the dealership. With a burger and fries spread out on the shuttle dashboard, he proceeded to blame my wife for interrupting his lunch. After she told... read more
Well I've only had my Honda pilot barely two weeks! The battery is dead every day and we charge it daily only to find it dead in the morning ( the battery is fine) something is draining it..Two huge air compressor sounds and a bunch of steam or smoke smelling terribly came out from under the hood. When we called the sales manager that we JUST BOUGHT IT FROM HE SAID USED CARS ARE SOLD AS IS!!!! Seriously!!!! You can't possibly stand behind that can you???? Excellent service. Brought in our 2002 Civic and drove out, same day, with a 2013 Civic in new condition. We even have credit that needs building and they still worked with us. I had to bring the car back 4 days later because I ran over, not one, but two nails and flattened the tire. They patched it up in a half hour and sent me on my way at no charge.
