I do not recommend Honda of Seattle for any car needs. I was a loyal customer of nearly 5 years and used to speak highly of this dealership. I purchased from them a new Honda Fit in 2015 and have taken my car back here for many services such as oil changes, new battery, brakes, tires, etc. I relied and trusted them to make sure my vehicle was always taken care of, and expected that they would provide full transparency if my car needed any attention. I had financing via my bank which they did not want to honor. I was very upset about that, and let them know. They finally agreed to go with it. I got theyour got their check. Everyone is happy.
Did not find what I was looking for. Sales gal was friendly but dragged on process of just looking for a used Civic. Was ready to get going after being shown a lot of cars.
Didn't buy from them but they were quick and responsive with giving us information and I would consider them in the future.
