On April 2023 me and my wife and daughter came to Honda of Seattle to buy ********* we did buy one new 2023 CRV price is decent but now I see is CRV stand for crappy vehicles!!! On the day we tested driving I already said we like the car but when we buy we want the one that 0 mileage but when we done paperwork they said that car been sold but on dealers only my family!!! Saw a car I liked, came to buy the car outright and I didn't even plan to negotiate. Dealer came with the optional warranty for me to purchase, I said no. Then they came with a mandatory paint protection add on, and wanted me to try negotiate. This is a used car, already has paint chipped and scratches, absolutely stupid. I spent my gas, time, effort to get pre approval from bank and a person to help drive the car home on that day at a price they advertised for. Great response. Treated me like I was buying a Cadillac
It went well until I wanted a price breakout. They included about $2k in mandatory addonsl I then terminated the process as I will not buy a vehicle with addr one.
Salesperson told me to come down and look at that the car. I asked if it was ready. He said it was. Guess what? It wasn't. I drove down 20 miles for a complete waste of time and gas. My experience is why people despise car dealers. Salesperson's name was Jonathan.
