Four weeks ago, I bought a brand new car from a salesman Joe Russo at Hazelwood location. I was promised to be given a $200 referral fee if I sent a friend. I referred a friend there and the friend bought a car from Russo. Russo told my friend he sent a $200 referral fee to me, but I never got it. A BIG thank you to your sales person Angel for making our new car buying experience a great one! My wife usually does not enjoy visiting a car dealer as the sales folks can be pushy. My experience in purchasing my 2022 Civic Touring was a dream. The Sales Manager, Mark, was able to find the exact car I wanted, which other dealerships have not been able to do in over 2 months. The Sales Associate, Todd, was very friendly, patience and thorough in explaining all the the features of my new car and handling all the paperwork. Horrible experience . I made an appointment for my car to be serviced ,I waited 2 weeks for an appointment brought my car in and they called me with a diagnosis 6 days later now 11 days later my car was finally finished . Courtesy rental fee $440 split in half after I was told by the service agent I would only have to pay a couple days I guess I should of asked what he meant by a couple . 6 hours of labor done in 11 days. usually Business don't like bad reviews, but seeing all these bad reviews on yelp and they still haven't made any attempt at improving. tells me this is in vane. Just the same here's the cliff notes.
