We had an excellent experience purchasing our new (2021) Civic! Ryan Pennington, our salesman, made the process comfortable and basically painless. Only one issue (a spot on visor), but Ryan assured us it will be taken care of. He oversaw our car’s detailing and tried to get the spot out himself. The sale team were awesome as far as getting me into a car, however the car I purchase has been a headache, I don't understand how you sale a car with so many issues, its just a month the car has been back over 4 times already, I don't know who works in the repair shop but this is ridiculous, I guess they don't put cars on the machine to find out what the problem is, they claim they sent the car out for repairs, yet it still has the same issues.
Jeff was wonderful to work with. After getting in a car accident and not knowing what direction we wanted to go in terms of purchasing a new vehicle, Jeff went over all our options with us. He discussed financing rates, monthly payments and overall pros/cons to leasing vs purchasing pre-owned. We went with the lease option, and are so glad we did! We love our new Honda and thank Jeff for being so easy to work with.
I bought a new 2008 Honda Passport.I told the guy $40,800 out the door and he came back and said $40,800 I said ok.He showed us the paper $40,800 for the the car the money for our trade in.So we go in sign all the paperwork go home and look at the paperwork and they put my trade in as a down payment for the out the door price .Which the final fast and quick wizard they call jimm did.So I call them Monday morning a told them that this is not what we agreed on.I ask the Wizard what out the door ment.He said if you bought it th... read more
