Bought a Toyota Sienna, smooth process, knowledgable. Was the car we wanted so he didn't have to work too hard, but made the process go smooth.
I had very good experience with this dealership and John Hart was very knowledgeable, friendly, made me very comfortable, love my HR-V, thank you guys 😊
Went for an 11 o clock appointment for an alignment and was told it would be ready within an hour and I requested a shuttle home. The shuttle came after a hour and I was told the job would be done after lunch. My car was not ready for 6 hours later causing me to not have a ride back to work. There wasn't an apology offered.
In the past we've been pleased with Honda North-- enough so that we've purchased or leased 4 vehicles-- but our latest experience has been rocky. Information we weren't given, miscommunication within Honda, etc. nearly lost us as a future customer. On the positive side, when I contacted them with the list of issues/ errors they responded within the hour. The things that they are able to address they are making an effort to address. Kevin hall has my utmost respect. He went to bat for us when we had an issue at another Bommarito location. Kevin goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are not just satisfied, but perfectly happy. He makes us feel like family!

Test drove a Honda Pilot on Monday came up to buy it on Tuesday. Honda North dropped the advertised price by $500 between Monday and Tuesday and charged the prior price. I've been taken for $500. Doc set and 3rd row mats were missing. Thank you Honda North! After a very nice response Honda North does nothing to follow up. All rhetoric and nothing done.
