I so appreciate the fast and friendly service I got yesterday. Oscar Trejo was a real treat to work with and very helpful. They where very busy but after i had explained my situation he was very understanding and was able to send a technician to my house with in 10 minuts. Lewis Henry got my van up and running and I got it in to them for a new battery. Within no time they had me back up and running. Not only that but they got my van all washed up and pretty for me. Unfortunately, this is not the old Honda North I knew and loved. What a disappointment. I purchased a CR-V from Honda North back in 2011 and have used their service department for maintenance ever since. I had a great experience in 2011 and regularly recommended people who ended up purchasing as well. Customer for life, right? Sadly, no. Kevin was nothing short of amazing. He treated us like we had been friends for years and gave us the best car buying experience we have ever had. He did not pressure us and he made sure that everything was perfect with the car we bought and that we were happy with our purchase. We will definitely buy another vehicle from Bommarito and from Kevin.

I called Elk Grove Honda and inquired on a specific Honda Accord color and model. Ola one of their salesmen assured me they had the car and let me know that the car would be in the front for test drive. On my way to the dealership he called me and asked me if I was on my way. I let him know because of traffic I was running a bit behind. Upon arriving to the dealer he greeted us and let my family know that the car had already been sold. DO NOT USE - NOT TRUSTWORTHY. HORRIBLE UNACCEPTABLE INABILITY TO COMMUNICATE. You can not trust that car is repaired or that your car is not in need of more service. Dropped the car off to fix an issue with the air conditioner. Was called late in the day when I returned the call I was informed the service technician was no longer available. Mike was extremely friendly and patient with me. I originally was looking at used cars but wound up buying a new car. He explained all the new computer devices to me. very helpful!

When it comes to deal with warranty works, this dealership will always giving you a good answer to deal with. “Sorry we can’t found the problems at this moment”. I will never buy or come in for service in this dealership! Not recommended to any other friends. Worst experience in any other Honda dealers in New England

I had an appointment for a full Multi point inspection & Oil Change. Unfortunately the mechanic forgot to check the fluids and the washing fluid was empty. I'm glad it was just the washing fluids and not the brakes fluid because I could get involved in a accident for a very simple mistake. Extremely fast and very friendly guys!
