Gary Cole helped us get into a 2022 Honda CRV Touring Hybrid ahead of schedule, and this is a tought time to get a 2022. We had good communication throughout the whole process. While we waited on the paperwork, Ed Dake was very attentive and helped us understand the new features in the CRV.

I am not the type to write bad reviews but I was super disappointed for the 2nd time at Honda North. Several years ago we went car shopping at Honda North and had a bad experience trying to buy a vehicle. I decided to give it another try and use a different salesperson this time. The person we worked with was great and handled the sales part perfectly, but when I put a deposit on the vehicle I was THEN informed they did not have the title in hand and couldn't do paperwork. Kevin is one of the most honest, low-pressure salesmen I've ever met! He listens to what you need, and can find you the best lot. I knew he was my kinda guy when the first thing he said after I asked about getting a new car was "You don't want a new car, it instantly loses too much value. I've got stuff with 2k miles on it that's half the price of new. Let's look at that first." He definitely gets bigger bonuses for selling the new stuff, but knew it wasn't the best deal for me. I bought a car a few months ago and ordered the service maintenance package. It seemed like a great deal until I had to deal with the service department. I made an appointment online to get an oil change and check out a minor issue that I noticed with the car. 1st the appointment was outright cancelled, - no call just an email. Kevin Hall was very helpful in that of all the sales people I have dealt with he was the most knowledgable of the useful information we needed to select the right vehicle. Jeff is always very professional in all 3 of my encounters with him. Yes, I have purchased or leased 3 Hondas from Jeff over the past 8 years. That right there is the best testimony I can give. If the buying experience was not perfect, I would not have gone back after the first car.
