Stopped by First Team Honda after talking with Mark Bowles (General Sales Manager) a couple of weeks ago looking to maybe upgrade our 2019 CRV. They don’t allow people from out of state purchase there vehicles, and make you feel unwanted, based on none sence, COVID-19 speculations, and they absolutely don`t allow any discounts. In fact, they get agitated once you start comparing prices. I recommend thinking VERY hard about coming to see the car you’re looking to buy, especially if you’re out of state. Took forever to contact me back, didnt contact with preferred method, car sold underneath me, will never do business with this dealerxxxx again. 0 of 5 stars, glad i didnt do business with this company, would probably take them a year to do maintenance on a vehicle with how slow they are with contacting a potential customer.
