Bought my Honda Pilot from Honda of Annapolis in 2014. Have been taking it there for service since then. Always received a 10% discount on major work until a few weeks ago. My regular service representative, Michael, was not there when I took my vehicle in for service. It was just over $1,000 and I wasn’t given a 10% discount. Randy Borth was easy to work and negotiate with. I got the best price for my trade in and the buying process was quick. I would contact him again if I needed another Honda.
Cassie was superb! Initially she was very friendly and bubbly (which is what I wanted in a sales rep)! Her excitement for the product was evident and helped me choose Honda over other brands. Amazing experience all around! Everyone I interacted with was extremely professional and made the car buying process easy. I would highly recommend Robbie — he is very competent and quick.
Mike was more than professional and accommodating. From the time I scheduled my appointment to the second I left he did everything he could to work with me and help me through the process. He and his team jumped through hoops on a busy day to take care of the issues that came up and make sure I was happy. He was honest and helpful.
Jameel was out of this world amazing! He sent me photos of the vehicle and information on the specs/features prior to arriving to Honda North.
