I got excellent service from Monica Cano. Esecially when it came to me asking about the Express 5 warranty I had purchased for my car. She did a bit of research and put together a little packet for me, highlighting key points of information. She also showed me the badly bent up skid plate that was under my Civic. A++ customer service! The only possible thing I could complain about is that the waiting room was warm, but sitting closer to the area that the service agents work felt comfortable.
I have been leasing through Honda & Subaru for the last 4 years. I recently decided to go to Honda again in search of a bigger vehicle. I have to say Jordan Reaves (internet Sales) did a phenomenal job in making sure we got the vehicle of our dreams with the key features we were looking for. He made our experience smooth & was very upfront with our options and what would be best for me and my family financially. If you are in need of a new vehicle Lancaster Honda is the place to go.
We stopped in to check out the Pilot, and met Hopeton Shaw, he was very friendly and curious, he was even able to put up with my husband's crazy joking around. He helped us with everything, and sent us home with our new Pilot
Theodore Robinson got me in my civic Along with Mr.White, and boy did they make me feel at ease with the level of service and focus my time with Honda is just starting and its starting the right way.
I treated myself and bought a Honda HRV. I’d like to thank my salesman,Jordan Reaves, who was so helpful and went the extra mile, but not pushy. I started with email and he was prompt answering my questions which encouraged me to go into the dealership. Jordan is a new father, and knowing he, and his family, benefited from my purchase was also a plus! It was a good experience and purchase.

Honda Lancaster seems to be a good dealership. Salesman German Candelaria was personable. I bought a brand new civic sport which I learned commonly has phone connectivity and USB port recognition issues after the purchase. Honda really needs to fix those issues if they want me or my loved ones to be repeat customers.
The best service center. I’ve been helped by David Boyle the last 2 years and it’s been great every time. Fast and friendly, wouldn’t trust anyone else with servicing my car!
Had such a great experience this time around at Lancaster Honda. Chris McLaughlin was amazing. He did everything he could to make me happy and meet the prices I wanted. Highly recommended his service.
