I have owned my vehicle for a year now and have only had my vehicle serviced here. I have never let my vehicle go without routine service and now they have said that it has not been serviced correctly. this is so disappointing and frustrating. honda had no way of correcting this either
My guy Eduardo Ramirez was absolutely the best salesman that I've had since I've been buying cars great attitude no hassling listen to what I wanted got what I wanted the sales guy and the finance guy we're all wonderful they showed me more discounts through Costco's and gave me an additional discount for being in the military excellent place to buy a Honda

David was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have been coming to Lancaster Honda for 14 years and have been very pleased with the service and customer service I have received. I love when you go for an oil change they give your car a good look over to hopefully thwart any issues coming up soon and notify you of issues to be reviewed later.
Monica Cano is the bomb. I had to have a car for a trip to Las Vegas to see my grandchild be born and mine could not be fixed in time. She made sure I got a loaner car for my trip and when I got back my Honda was ready for pickup. I cannot thank her enough!!!!! I love Honda Lancaster!!!!
