I really had a great experience at Lancaster Honda. All of the personnel were very professional and helpful. Kevin Portillo was really great. I have had my Honda for 5 years now and I get the best service at Honda each time I go there. The friendliness that they all show is so refreshing. I had my update oil change and of course service above and beyond especially from David Boyle. I had a totally different question and issue with my car and he took the extra minute or two to address it. I love Honda and would purchase another car from them and I have referred my friend who son bought a car as well. They go above and beyond and that so a lot of character.

Stacia Delany was my service advisor. Though I miss Glenn (I think we all do), Stacia was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a basic tune-up, but the service was done faster than expected. They provided me a ride to/from home and I barely had time to do anything before Stacia was calling saying everything looked good and I was ready to go!
