I was looking for a car to fit my budget. I'm a single mother of three kids . I called in the dealership and I spoke to Manager Thomas Herron who said he would try and help me. He then made passes at me, while he sent me price quotes through text messages. He asked me out and I said no. I later asked him about a car and he said he no longer had a deal for me. He is very unprofessional and a pervert! run away at all cost!!
I brought my car in because it would always make a loud noise. Me not knowing anything about cars thought it was normal. People who rode in my car said it was not normal so I bring it in and the lady was super rude and said they will charge me just to check it. So I take it to my friends mechanic and they said Honda sold me the car with terrible bearings and shocks. I ended up doing service with them for about 1k. Honda sold me a messed up car.
Great place to buy a car from. Cesar was a great salesman and a tough negotiator but we got what we wanted in the end. The 2018 Honda Accord Sport was the second car we’ve bought from them and we will go back next time we are in the market. Thank you Lancaster Honda.

We had the best car buying experience we’ve ever had here and we recently bought 4 cars in the past 4 years (many more over the years). I called around my area for quotes and contacted this dealership because they had the color we really wanted. Got a quote back $140 less than in our area and since they had the color and trim we wanted we decided to drive 2 hours through LA traffic to get here.
