Worse place to buy a car. Wasted a whole day wanting to buy and pay cash for a Honda.
They’re so very slow and not really accommodating to their customers! No one comes to update you even if you’re sitting there for hours! Employees act like they don’t want to be there and it’s apparent in their service!
Leo is a great salesman. He did exactly what I asked for. He was polite and professional and I would definitely recommend him and this dealership!!

Bought a used car there, and began having issues with it after I had the car for a week. Took it in 3 different times for different problems and the problems were resolved and fixed. They kept me informed as to what they were doing and apologized for the time it took to make the repairs, made sure I was comfortable while waiting, called a few days later to make sure the car was running right.
They did a great job in my husbands car 🚙
Bought a used 2015 VW Jetta a while back. Last oil change they stripped the oil drain plug. They got a new plug and put it in. Fast forward, I don't trust them, they over torqued and stripped the hell out of the one they installed. Never trust their service department, they just break your stuff and will charge you next time
We had a great experience at Lancaster Honda. Wonderful customer service. We are very happy with our new Pilot.
