I spoke with Thomas Kuper the night before going to Lancaster Honda after having a bad experience with Barber Honda and he promised I would be happy if we drove over and he was as good as his word had the car I was looking for ready and waiting. I would definitely recommend this dealer and would go there again myself.

I pulled my car into line for an oil change and was quickly greeted. Shortly after my service advisor Jim Monroe took care of the paperwork and and shuttle service home and back after the car was ready. Thanks Jim, Maria and Marcelo (shuttle drivers) for the great service. Honda should give you all a raise, company vehicle and stock options.
