My experience at Honda of Lancaster is always made pleasant because of Ms Delaney. She is a wonderful host very knowledgeable pays attention to her customer and just a all around nice lady.

My Service Advisor, Stacia Delaney listened to me when I told her about the problem I was having, suggested several things it could be, assured me they would check it all out. She was right on with what it was and the technician found a few extra things that needed to be fixed due to normal wear and I had my car back at the end of the day. I now have a vehicle that is safe to drive. This is the third Honda I have had and all but one service has been done at Lancaster Honda.

If you buy a car from this dealership you will be paying $995.00 for the permabond desert package. All vehicles on there lot have it pay the $995 or shop elsewhere unamerican. My paint chipped from a Little Rock and is not covered only coverage is things like tree sap. If you want the protection fine, but the dealership should not force you.
My service advisor David Boyle did an awesome job, he was courteous, knowledgeable in his job and helped us to have our CR-V fix. Our CR-V now runs smoothly and my family and I feel safer driving our SUV. Thank you for your wonderful service and to all the staff. :)

So far I think its great, my friends keep telling me that leasing was a terrible idea that there were some hidden agenda. I leased my first car back in 2015 with Clive (love that guy), with a great low payment that I was able to afford. After my daughter's car was crashed by her boyfriend she needed another car.
