Had a persistent Tire Pressure warning light on with our new 2017 Civic and Jim Monroe took care of the problem with the great service he always does. Getting checked out through the cashier was trying for a no charge Warranty service and had to wait like 20 minutes. With the new ownership, glad Jim Monroe is still there. Meanwhile the Tire Pressure light has come back on and we need to go back in.
My most recent repair at Lancaster Honda started with the service technician Jim Monroe. Jim was excellent and insured the repair was performed by a master technician of his staff. The repairs were performed in a timely and most professional manner. Thanks again Jim
I brought my 2005 CRV in to have the passenger side air bag replaced. Bob Doyle was very pleasant and got me in and out in less than 2 hours. I also really like your new facility .
The customer service is excellent, over the phone as well as at Lancaster Honda dealership offices. The representative's listen with patience and show true concern regarding the vehicles and servicing them. I was not on any radio station or television commercials , however, my experience was very close to resembling a "Random Act of Kindness". Thanks David B of Lancaster Honda��
