2 HOURS AND 14 MINUTES FOR AN OIL CHANGE **WITH AN APPOINTMENT** THEY DO NOT HONOR APPOINTMENTS WITH OR WITHOUT ONE YOU STILL ALWAYS WAIT HOURS FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. LOUNGE ROOM PACKED WITH PEOPLE anoyed and sleeping waiting on their cars, HORRIBLE SERVICE, but when it comes time to give you the bill that part is super fast!!!
My friend bought a volswagon beetle from them last month!! A 2013! Now she has a nail in her tire and they cant fix it because they dont have a key to her locking rims!!! What the heck!! So they gave her the big run around and she still has the nail in her tire!! Safety hazard for sure! Shes taking the car back there and i would advise someone to take notice about this problem!! Thats just crazy!!! They sold her the car and never said a word!!
