Honda Lancaster messed up. I don't mind mistakes, we all make them. The problem was that they couldn't admit their mistake and proceeded to lie and blame someone else. Not cool and not professional, I expect better. I'll find another Honda when it's time to trade in my vehicle.

I went to get an oil change for my Honda Accord 2018 Monday and when I came home , I noticed there was oil leaking from my car. I had my husband check it out and the service person that worked on my car did not tighten the bulb from the oil pan which could have cost me my whole car. We had gotten an online price for an awd, but by saturday they had none on the lot. The staff was so friendly and informative. They met all our needs and we ended up taking home an even better model. We will definitely be long time customers. Thank you Leo Gak!
I was amazed on how the staff is at Honda,they are great and very friendly specially Thomas Herron and Scott Poise the gave us a deal we couldn’t resist oh and we can’t forget Jasmine,amazing smile and very helpful. I recommend them.
worst experience and unprofessional at this dealership with Thomas herron. He was claiming calling me about a deal more like sexual harassment. I will be reporting this dealership.
