This place has a roach infestation! I attempted to stay a weekend here. While using the bathroom I killed a few baby roaches. I assumed they were water bugs because of the location. After seeing a large roach I demanded that my room be moved. The front desk was not surprised by my roach claim. She offered to move me to the room next door which made no sense at all. Last week on my stay at The Extended Stay America at******************************************* my room was burglarized, I notified the front desk immediatley and was told there is nothing they can do about it. I responded with are you kidding me?!! So I called the local police who took a report. If I could give them a negative I would!!! Our group booked 6 rooms for a stay one night before our cruise on Jan 4-5 2019 and my stepfather woke up w whelps and bites all over. After looking around the room there were TONS of roaches in the corners of the room (207) and my uncle killed one on the bedside table. They rudely gave us another room (321) and as soon as we walked in there was one roach in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. Extended Stay is a joke. Dirty, smelly, full of drug dealers. BBB lists them at A+, where consumers gave them 1 star (because they had to). Well, if you pay to belong to BBB I guess that's what they do. Cover your a**
Bed bugs, dirty and stink... if I could load pictures I would. Advertising vs. reality very deceiving.
I would give it a zero if I could. Extended stay America is not family-friendly, they allow drug addicts and drunks to stay in their facilities, throw bottles, needles, and cigarette butts all over the ground. The staff are rude and do not comply with state regulations to smoke more than 25 feet away from an entryway to the building. They also do not force the law with the people who stay at the hotel. Manager was rude and misrepresented email conversation about new extended stay rate deal as manager special with me she changed at last minute cause so much trouble. Phones hang up on people when you call out. Loud noise people walking by door claiming they would shoot through door terrorifying. Next ******* hospital bad neighborhood. Go to one somewhere else this ESA not friendly and not trust worthy what they tell you.

Beware!! There is a thief at this location and management doesn't seem to care!! I left my wallet in the room. My wallet was returned minus the money and my wedding rings! My husband and I attended at car show in ****************. I left my wallet in the room upon checking out. We were going to stay there for 2 nights. Checked out 10 minutes after we checked in. The place was disgusting. Front desk took forever to even check us in. The room was filthy and smelled so bad. We had to leave at 1 am and get us another room at different hotel. Extended Stay is refusing a refund saying we stayed 2 nights. We have and sent them our phone bill showing we made calls to nearby hotels (1 am) and paid invoice ( even showed what time we checked in at the other hotel). Scammers.
