The place is unclean service is bad the junk emails are annoying and leaving I complaint is useless, if you even can talk to someone or write one on there sight, management don't give a rats apparatus. I will never stay in that chains hotel again 1 week was too much the low price was not worth the savings. ***** *******
I've stayed at many extended stays over the years and the one of coot road in Dallas texas is by far the worst stay I've ever had at any hotel, ever. To start off the lady at the desk was very rude and came off as racist . She had bright red hair that looked like she used a kooloaid packet to dye it, very professional. I wish i could leave a 0 star. Absolute horrendous treatment i hate this place in Bakersfield on California Ave.
Worst place I've ever stayed. I went to get a shower and there's no soap. Went to warm up breakfast, no microwave. Went to use the stove to warm up breakfast, no stove nor plates not utensils and cold breakfast. This all started with a phone call from them saying my reservation has to be changed because the people there wanted to stay another day. The Extended Stay scanned my driver's license against my will. They told me that it is their policy to keep their guests pictures of their government issued ID and disregarded my lack of consent and protest for doing so. I told them not to copy my DL and they suggested I go to an other hotel. I took up their suggestion and decided not to check in but regardless of the fact that I ended up not being their guest ultimately they refused to remove the photo of my ID from their system. A bunch of thieves . We stayed in a hotel room checked in on a Friday night at 6:30 pm and left the next morning at 9:30am . Front desk the key card and asked do we need to stay while they checked us out and they told us no , just to find out that a whole day and a half later on a Sunday morning they charged us $268. 00 . Summary: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO HELP US. We saved that $800 for MONTHS for our trip. We are convinced Melissa was involved in the missing money. PERIOD. EXTENDED STAY AMERICA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR REPUTATION. DO NOT STAY HERE. EVEN THE EMPLOYEES ADMIT IT IS A TERRIBLE ENVIRONMENT. Stayed here (at Prudential Dr.) for Rockville 2019. This morning the hotel at 4919 S Miami Blvd. Durham, NC. caught on fire, there was no evacuation plan, no assistance for guests, families and children. The "night" manager and call center were unconcerned with their guests comfort or safety and did not want to be bothered with helping guests. For the 1st 2-weeks we didn't have hot water and the list goes on.
We the people have organized and will not tolerate Cassie M****** a theft and liar who is the General Manager at the Extended Stay America in ***********, Missouri. She doesn't honor the Code of Ethics that the board of Directors say they honor and is the fundamental moral code of Extended Stay of America.
