Extended Stay America***************** ******** ** location My family (which includes children), and I booked our stay through ******** We selected Extended Stay based on the great reviews . However, our visit was nothing close to these reviews. We stayed in a suite full of bugs (spiders, ants and beetles). With each kill, I took the nasty critters to the front desk to complain. This is the absolute WORST service, accomodation, and experience I have ever had in a hotel. I'm surprised this place is still in business considering there was another family that complained about an odor in their room. My family and I had booked two rooms, both with a queen bed and double sofa bed. The first room's double sofa bed had leaves and dirt and the microwave wreaked of burnt food when opened. On May 1st, I decided to stay at Extended Stay America in ********************. Once I arrived I was not greeted with a warm and professional demeanor by the representative at the counter. I finally checked in and went to my room. A few hours into my stay I noticed some issues about my room that concerned me. Extended Stay America- My family booked a room at your **********, ************* hotel located at ****************** for Mothers day. We booked online through *********. My experience at your hotel was the WORST I have ever had and I actually cried, but your staff could have cared less. To start, we were first in line for check-in but your staff assisted other guests that were upset and cursing. Me and my 3 children checked into this hotel for and Exstended stay ..first 3 weeks was fine until hotel staff got Familiar with us as well as me and my family got Familiar with them..The things i saw was very unprofessional! From one of the Hotel managers by the name of EVETTE DAVIS she would bribe the long term guess out of shoes money drugs etc as well as Talikng about other guest personal Business amongst her co-workers etc! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Made reservations at the 4101Equilty Rd Orlando location. THIS WAS THE WORST CHECK÷IN EXPERIENCE I've ever had. The girl at the counter did not know what she was doing and the manager was even worst. They were very RUDE and just plain NASTY. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.

If it were possible to rate a business as "zero" or with a negative number, then this Extended Stay has certainly earned it. However as "1" is the lowest rating possible in this forum, then a "1" it will have to be, despite the fact that even a "1" grossly overstates the quality and value of this establishment.The hotel is decently-not well-maintained. The housekeeping staff is quite good, but can only do so much when burdened with terrible, horrible, abysmal, rude, and incompetent management. And therein lies the problem - ... read more

Their property on Harvard Street in Sacramento California should be avoided at all costs. Management lets prostitutes and drug dealers run their business out of the rooms there. Many times in the week I stayed there I was propositioned for "dates" or asked if I needed to buy drugs as I was loading and unloading my car. I felt very unsafe there and ended up leaving early
