I have been overcharged for my stay at Extended Stay. The original charge was for $527.05 for one week stay, which did not include the pet fees. We stated in the comment section that we would be traveling with two pets because there was not a box to check for pets when we made the reservation online. We booked with Extended Stay because we moved to Nashville, and did not know how long it would take before we found a place to live. This is regarding my stay last week in Denver, Co at the Tech location. I prepaid (mistake) to save a few $$, for a queen, non-smoking suite. Upon arrival, "only 2 rooms left" and was told I would be upgraded. Walked past some shady men in the parking lot, opened the door to a waif of still wet floors. The smell was to cover the cigarette smoke in the "all suites non-smoking hotel". MILITARY DO NOT STAY HERE!! Awful hotel policies. Clearly does not respect or serve those who serve America (in their title). Hotel will not honor military rates if the military member has any sort of family. Hotel will not give a military rate for a room with more than one bed and will not allow more than two people to share one bed (ie two adults and a todler). So therefore unless you are staying by yourself or only with your significant other the hotel will not honor military rates. Absolutely ridiculous! Trying to attend... read more

I am at the extended stay in Bellevue Washington at the factoria location. There were ants in my room coming up to the top floor from downstairs. I was asked to have my room switched and after a long time of having a hard time understanding the front desk receptionist who was having a hard time with her English she agreed to give me a different room. I stayed at the Extended stay America hotel in Lakewood, Colorado. Upon arrival I was greeted by Toni who gives me the best customer service I've ever received at a hotel. She took care of all my request immediately, which in fact wasn't just a few. While having a smile on her face the whole time and was extremely professional. I gave my review five stars but if it wasn't for Toni my five stars would have been four stars. Toni deserves a 10+ rating on a 5+ scale

I checked into this hotel and checked right out after I went to check the room out. What I found was totally DISGUSTING!! There was dried blood stains all over the bed covers pulled the bed from the wall to find tissue, napkins and trash behind the bed! The stove had rusty burners, side of the stove had food grease all over it behind the refrigerator had dead bugs. In the light fixture IN THE KITCHEN had a lot of dead bugs in it! I stayed at the ********* ****** location on Friday 2/15/2019 - Saturday 2/16/2019, we were down in the Portland area for my daughters All State Choir concert which was on Saturday. Originally I booked my stay with them the beginning of February, but later cancelled this reservation because I was going to stay with family, unfortunately the family I was to stay with ended up going out of town so I had to rebook my stay here. Let's just say I found my luggage burned and half of my belongings too. Had to buy a new luggage and clothing. Got bitten by bed bugs. Management blamed workers they hired and then they told me to prove it. I have pictures and witnesses and yet they still don't want to pay. They have been really rude to me. I even burned my hand when the front desk lady handed me my luggage. I can't describe in words how this has affected me.

This is the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at, the front desk people are absolute jokes for customer service, especially the Asian man. There is only one decent worker in the whole hotel, that's MiKayla, she is a very decent and accommodating worker, but she is the only one there that is any good. Otherwise it is the absolute worst service I've ever received at any hotel I've ever stayed at. They are extremely unaccommodating and disorganized.
