I am currently an extended stay resident. And this stay has been a complete nightmare. Looking at the reviews I can't understand how ESA is still in operation. They've just recently hired a new CEO Bryan Haase. I hope this review will find it's way to his desk whether it be at the corporate office or his desk at home due to covid19. My biggest complaint is how filthy it is. There is mold in the bathroom. The carpet is old and has a stench I have tried to get rid of. Horrible customer service. Wouldn't refund our stay not even with a doctors note.

I had the absolute worst experience ever at the Extended Stay in Burbank CA. Further the price was insane for what we received even asking for a special monthly rate and the room was smaller than anything I have seen esp for 4 people The customer service agent completely misrepresented the size of the room and we did not receive any special discount for wanting to stay monthly. I recently stayed at this hotel Friday February 14,2020- until February 16,2020 in ******** *** I was in room *** I first walked into the room and put my stuff down adjusted the air because it was cold & proceeded to relax. There were towels on the floor in the room from prior guests that wasn't cleaned up. About 30 minutes later I went to use the bathroom and the vanity light was out so I called the front desk asking them to send someone to replace it please. I booked a room through Priceline at 4200 Seltzer Rd Columbus Ohio XXXXX location. I checked in the room with my luggage and start working on my audit report for my work. I went to the bathroom and I found the bath tub dirty, cleaning solution sprinkled all over the tub. I saw man cleaning the rooms two doors next my room. I book a room at the extended stay off ******** in ******* the rooms wasn't cleaned it had roaches in the room and condoms in the bathroom and she moves me to a other rooms and the same thing happen it was a roach on my bedroom and I ask her could she change me to a different room and she told me that she couldn't do it and I feel like I should get some of my money back are she could have give me two days for a free room I will not be back here anymore

We have been staying here at the one on***************************** for about for five months now we have had so many issues with management and their rudeness a friend of mine who stays here as well is told to leave her room while the maid is in there cleaning they have blood stained mattresses that they have been sleeping on that management will not replace but yet you see them bringing new mattresses in for all the other rooms when we first made reservations it was a smoking facility that has suddenly changed into a non-... read more

Employee who schedules room cleaning - has an attitude, missed Friday, was told Sunday evening to clean room on Monday. She was reminded Monday morning to clean room. She said "too late, I already scheduled rooms for Monday." Then, "forgot" to schedule room for Tuesday. I've been there 11 days and no room cleaning yet !!! Why put up with the attitudes ? Arrogant attitude and the manager WILL NOT DO SOMETHING with staff. Why would anyone stay here?
