They discriminated against be cause I have a disability, Woodbridge NJ, they are the most disrespectful hotel I have ever been to , I would invite my worst enemy to this place!!! Please dont stay here if you have any respect for the handicap !!!!

They are forcing me to add a star but i want to put -5 stars. The absolute worse place I have ever stayed. It has a kitchen but you have to check out all the equipment separately. The staff at the front is not very helpful or knowledgeable but the WORST part is the fact that they REFUSE to give me a refund after checking out early from a business trip. Blah blah only left one Star because couldn't leave none. Whatever. ****** VA location. The bed is hard as concrete. There were spiderwebs in the room. TV had incorrectly labeled channels and a poor selection. The phone was wired IN TO ITSELF. Broken outlets. And staff that were "helping other guests" according to their signs, but were actually just hiding behind the wall......while guests were waiting to check in. STAY AWAY! Bed bug bites all over my arm and ankle. They were bed bugs because I had a nurse look at them. Another person who stayed in the room afterwards (the next day) was biten by a bed bug as well (was told by an employee there) and ran into the person on the elevator. Found ants crawling on me. So called manager lacks the skills and ability to be a manager. Clearly not qualified. District manager not too bright either. Drug deals and prostitution going on, on the property. We booked Extended Stay America thru Real Travel and our stay was a total disaster. We can\t believe they would even recommend it. They have so many negative remarks on Facebook. I booked a two bedroom and when we checked in, they gave us two separate rooms. I called and asked if the swimming was heated the day before we checked in and was told yes. When we arrived we were told the pool and hot tub were shut down. Their web site show fruit as an option for the free breakfast, no fruit, no water, no juice, only coffee. Had to... read more

My daughter and a friend were staying at one of the ESA's in Orlando, FL., during their internship for Disney Springs. We were there in May, 2019 and I paid for June 1, 2019 thru June 30, 2019, no issues or problems. When it came time to pay for July 1, 2019 thru July 31, 2019, there was a big issue. I had called on July 3rd, 2019 to ask for help on doing a payment online, I was having some issues processing the payment, I am not good with computers so I was a little slow on where and what I needed to do to make the payment.... read more

Bathroom towels were dirty, tub clogged after one use, stains all over the floor, front desk told us how many "dirty" people come through the hotel and how often they have to clean up vomit upon our arrival. Not a great experience.

Checked in at 8:30pm to find my room had not been cleaned. Linens on bed had not been changed but the beds had been made. Took pictures of toenails and pubic hairs in the bed. Took pictures of a filthy bathroom with feces stuck to the side of the toilet. Front desk lady made the beds for me while I cleaned and sanitized and the bathroom and kitchen. After checking out at this hotel, I discovered my iPad with case was missing. I was devastated. Lost all my photos, bookmarks, apps I had paid for, etc. I use it for scheduling volunteer work and those records are gone. The last time I had the iPad in my hand was in the room. When we called the hotel, we got a few conflicting stories. Bottom line, their insurance company refused to replace it. Can't understand they would treat a guest this way.
