I called HomeServe about a water issue I was having and they set me up with an appointment within 24 business hours (luckily the problem could wait over the weekend). My Tech Eric Is My Hero! He Arrived Before I expected and he was able to fix my problem within minutes. He explained the problem in a way I understood. I can't thank you enough for fixing the problem and leaving me with peace of mind

this company is a total scam. Using unethical practices by calling customers 100's of times without respect of business hours and with mean and unprofessional employees. Regardless of multiples request of requesting to be put out of their call list, also reminding them that your number is part of the Government and Florida NO CALL LIST. This Company get's the information from sources such Utility companies to sell their products without having any concern on privacy and confidentiality. I called in my broken water line on 1/22 at 6:05 pm. It took until 2/2 to get it fixed. During this time, I was without water to flush, bathe, and drink. I had to call every day, follow up with corporate to get the service that I paid for. They did make 3 calls to plumbers in that space of 12 days. They don't realize that they are actually in a service industry. I have been in the service industry and would have called those 3 plumbers in a space of 15 minutes.
