This is my first experience using my HomeServ warranty and their plumbing service provider, United Plumbing. I had a clogged sewer that was quickly addressed and resolved. Gavin was the technician assigned to our problem and he was very friendly and informative as I watched him unclog the sewer.

The technician, CJ, called to let me know he was on the way; did a great job, fixed he problem, showed me what he'd done and left everything neat and clean. Very professional!

I called HomeServe for a problem with my main sewer line. It was backing up into my basement. HomeServe contacted Wiese Plumbing and heating and they came out to my home the next day. The plumber snaked the drain and pulled out many tree roots. I don’t have a tree on my property but the Nextdoor neighbor had one that was cut down in Dec. I appreciated the immediate response and caring for my issue from HomeServe. I recommend their services.

I was very pleased with the service that the gentleman (Chris) from ******* * ***(Plumbers) completed for me. Mr. Chris was on time, he was very pleasant, he answered my questions and did what I thought was a professional job. He also told me that if there were any further problems to be sure to contact the office. For the first time in a week...I slept well last night.

Mike And The Crew At ***** ******** Came To Look At Problem They Diagnosed Problem Which Was Broken Sewer Line. ,Arranged Permit Organised Everything The Came Back Monday Performed All The Work And Checked To Make Sure Sewer Pipe Was Working All The Workers Were Very Courteous And Performed The Work Proffesionally Well Done Home Serve On Having Such Great Contractors Working For You I Will Be Spreading The Good Word For Both You And Sasso Plumbimg 2 Of My Neighbors Have Signed Up For Your Services Already Thanks Again

HomeServe USA was a real pleasure to work with when we had a recent problem with one of the insured systems in our home. They connected us with **** **** ******** *** *******right away and the help started. At Down Home, Mark and his crew at were fast and efficient. They are great communicators and clearly told us what the problem was and what was needed to fix It. They were quick to respond and stuck to the schedule they established. I highly recommend both HomeServe USA and their vendor Down Home Plumbing and Repairs.

I thought HomeServe was going to be a great option for me to keep my home covered when an expensive issue could arise. That has not been the case. Last night, my hot water tank went out and water was everywhere. It is understood that the carpet and furniture is not covered under the warranty, just the hot water tank.
