Charlie, Was All About Taking Care Of My Leak In My Drain Stack. He Was Very Thorough And Discovered Another Leaking Point That Was Under My Floor Board Was Beginning To Seep. He Quickly Called His Office And Made My Issue A Priority, I Would Have To Stop Using My Sink In My Kitchen Or Face A Larger Water Problem ! He Was Back The Very Next Day!! HomeServe is an incredible asset to have. They provide peace of mind against the uncertain. I have several policies, covering both my home and my rental property. Although I don’t like finding out I have a problem, I can’t tell you the relief knowing I just have to make one phone call and it’s taken care of. So very happy I have the Home Serve coverage on my drains and sewer lines. Very easy to place call for help and Home Serve does the work to find plumbers. It is a relief to know that these big ticket items are covered!

Homeserve has been giving me the run arounds with they're contractors for almost a month....I would like a refund for every month that I have paid them
