Mo of ***** ******** is awesome. He was prompt, professional and effective.. Mo and his son fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend his company, and I took his business card in case I ever have a plumbing issue that isn’t covered by Home Serve. The service was easy to use - I called Home Serve in the morning and explained that it was urgent because we couldn’t use the water upstairs without flooding the downstairs, and at about 2pm, Mo arrived and made short work of a big clog. I have never signed up for homeserve , yet somehow they were able to debit my bank account on a monthly basis , have called multiple times to put and end to this , with assurances by homeserve that "said" policy will be canceled, only to find out my checking account is still being charged , ongoing for 3 months now

Brad did great, Only issue was the message he got that come from the call I placed to Home Serve, was a clogged drain, vs what we told them the drain pipe in tub was leaking. This I believe was due to the automated phone system that forces you to give a reason for the call but only allows you to select from a list, not actually tell them the problem. So he had to come back with the repair items he needed. Not his fault.

I had a leak under the sink and the company that was originally going to do the work wasn't able to get here. I called HomeServe and they sent ******* **** ******** They came within 2 hours and completed the work.

I have 7 homeserve plans and i have used all of them at some point since i bought my house in 2015. They are a must have for all homeowners especially if you buy an older home. I had my son get them too when he bought his home as well. The response are next day in most cases and the companies they send out are professional .
