We had a leaking water heater issue. I called Home Serve and immediately someone from Home Serve called me to come out and schedule the repair. They came out got it fixed in a short amount of time. I’d highly recommend Home Serve.

The technician was awesome. He was on time and very professional and concerned about the issues that was going on with my refrigerator. He explained to my why my refrigerator was leaking water from the water filter. He did an awesome job. Thank you!!!

I've had HomeServe for 3 years and couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Quick to respond initiating a ticket, service sent has been excellent, and follow up by HomeServe too. I have had this service for a while. My first experience with ****** ******** was customer service on the phone, which was very nice. My second experience was with the technician Dave.
